If you wish to utilize out of network benefits, we will happily provide you with a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed, itemized invoice or receipt provided by a healthcare provider, like a therapist, to a patient. It contains information necessary for the patient to submit an out-of-network claim to their insurance company for potential reimbursement, including the provider's credentials and all diagnostic and procedural codes for services provided.
Reimbursement rates may vary by each insurance plan's out-of-network deductible and coinsurance. Be sure to contact your insurance provider for more information.
The cost of services will vary based on the diagnostic and procedural codes billed. During consultation, Language Leaps will provide transparent cost information prior to the start of services.
